On Tuesday morning, April 11, 2023, we officially closed on 1370 S. Winter St. and now own 38,000 sq ft of building and 4.4 acres of property just off the busiest intersection in Lenawee County. This whole journey has been a miracle from the beginning! We believe in God for something bigger in this next season at NewLife Church. We officially occupied the building in May of 2024 and have continued to build out in specific phases.

What is NewLife Commons? 

NewLife Commons is a place where meaningful connections will be made. The Commons is a community center that will have many opportunities to connect with others through a church, an indoor park, a sensory room, a coffee trailer, a multi-purpose floor space that could accommodate a half-court basketball court/ batting cages/ workout space/ dance studio, creative spaces, and so much more! 

What is the process moving forward? 

We hope our complete dream for this space can happen sooner rather than later! With 38,000 square feet of space, the possibilities are endless! 

The Commons is also an event center and is available for meetings of all sizes, with spaces ranging from 10 people to 500 people.&nbsp;

Our hope over the next couple of years is to develop programs for the community, from tutoring services to life skill classes that will be available for free to everyone. 

We aren’t just building another church building. We are making a place for people to connect with others, and the church is one way to facilitate that dream. 

The heart of NewLife Church is in the name “NewLife.” We desire to see All Things Made New. Now.
